These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at minimizecards.com (the "Site"), operated by Ivak ("Ivak", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Minimize is a physical card game designed and sold by Ivak. The Site provides information about the game, an interactive rules tutorial, and links to purchase the game through third-party marketplaces. The Site itself does not process purchases or payments directly.
Minimize is sold through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon and Blinkit. Any purchase you make through those platforms is a transaction between you and that platform (or the seller listed on it), and is governed entirely by that platform's own terms of service, payment terms, shipping policies, and return or replacement policies. Ivak is not responsible for the operation of those platforms, and these Terms do not apply to purchases made through them.
The Minimize name, logo, card designs, rules text, and all other content on the Site (including the interactive tutorial) are the property of Ivak or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including learning how to play Minimize. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
The how-to-play tutorial is provided to help you learn the rules of Minimize. Your progress through the tutorial is stored locally in your own browser; we do not require an account and do not collect the answers you give during practice drills. The tutorial is provided for educational and entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for the official rulebook that ships with the physical game.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product images, ratings, and reviews shown on the Site are for general reference and may not reflect real-time availability, pricing, or stock on third-party marketplaces.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
